We do not offer cash refunds. We offer exchanges or store credits only.
Our 7-day return policy allows for exchanges or refunds in store credits within 7 days of you receiving the item whether it be delivered at your address, or when the courier office receives the order for you to pickup.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, contact us at info@trixyceeja.com or WhatsApp us 876-481-8733 with a return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no store credit or exchange will be issued.
You'll need to provide the valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean, unwashed, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and unaltered in any way.
Swimwear and bodysuits must have the hygiene strip intact on the garment.
Items should be neatly folded in their original packaging before returning. The items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure that they are securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping or delivery.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, custom made, made to measure or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, e-Gift cards or store credits.

Exchanges

Once your request is approved, you can return the item to the shipping address or delivery address that we will provide you with as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that if your country of residence is Jamaica, you will be responsible for the delivery charges, shipping charges and fees incurred. If your country of residence is not Jamaica, shipping your items may take longer than expected and you will be responsible for the return shipping label, shipping charges and fees incurred.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the exchange was approved or not. Exchanges are approved if the item meets our conditions for a return (to learn more about return conditions see topic above).
Once approved, we will offer you an exchange item of equal value of the returned item. In the event where an exchange item of equal value is unavailable, you may request store credits for the full value of the returned item or you may opt for an exchange item of lesser value and receive the cost difference in store credits. You can use the store credit to purchase an item that has an equal value of the store credit, purchase an item with a higher value than the store credit however, you'll be required to pay the difference in costs or purchase an item of lesser value than the store credit and opt to use the rest of the store credit later. Store credits do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.
