This Shipping and Payment Policy contains information on how Trixycee Accessories (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") ships orders and payment operations that are provided to facilitate a purchase from (the "Site"). For purposes of this Shipping and Payment policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer or website visitor.
We typically process all orders within 3 - 7 business days. Unfortunately, we don't offer the option to rush orders at this time. Deliveries are scheduled for Mondays or Thursdays, and you can select your preferred delivery day during checkout. It's worth noting that orders may arrive earlier than the designated delivery day, in which case we'll contact you to determine if you prefer earlier delivery. Upon placing an order, an email will be sent to confirm your purchase. Subsequently, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
We operate on a "business day" schedule, so weekend orders or requests may be processed on the following Monday. Orders or requests placed on Jamaican public holidays may be processed on the following business day.
Unfortunately, shipping delays can happen due to a variety of circumstances such as inclement weather, increased shipping volume, logistics issues, any priorities or allocations necessitated by governmental orders or regulations, strikes, curfews, fire, storms, riots, act of God, act of the public enemy or other unforeseeable cause beyond our control and without our fault or negligence. If under the aforementioned circumstances, your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via the email address or phone number that you provided when placing the order. We disclaim any liability, or responsibility, and you shall hold us harmless, for the late delivery of orders under these circumstances.
In the event of delay in delivery requested by or caused by the customer (i) failure to supply adequate instructions (ii) failure to supply accurate directions for delivery (iii) failure to supply or approve necessary data in a timely manner (iv) requested and approved changes (v) failure to provide information required for us to effect delivery (vi) failure to be present to collect the delivery or failure to have an individual be present to collect the delivery on your behalf, we disclaim any liability or responsibility, and you shall hold us harmless, for the late delivery of orders under these circumstances.
Local Delivery
We are pleased to provide free delivery service to our customers in Jamaica on all orders. Trusted courier services will deliver your order within 1 - 5 business days from the date we shipped your order. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the terms and conditions of the different courier services we use. Unfortunately, the option for in-store pickup is currently unavailable.
The delivery will be made to the address that was provided at the time of purchase. If the delivery address provided is a courier office and you opt to pick up the order from there, please note that we are not liable for any charges or fees imposed by the courier service due to a failure to collect the order within the timeframe stipulated by the courier service.
In the event that the courier service is unable to access your delivery address due to unforeseeable circumstances or if you or an individual acting on your behalf is not available to collect the order, the courier service may do several delivery attempts based on their terms and conditions. If the delivery attempts were unsuccessful, the courier service reserves the right to redirect your order to their nearest office for pick-up.
If you opted to have your order delivered to a courier service office and upon it's arrival at their offices you requested for the order to be delivered to a different address, we disclaim any liability or responsibility, and you shall hold us harmless, for the delivery and condition of orders under these circumstances.
International shipping
Our services include international shipping to countries outside of Jamaica. The cost of shipping your order is determined by your shipping destination. If you're interested in having your order shipped internationally, please contact us at info@trixyceeja.com . We'd be happy to provide you with information regarding the available shipping methods and charges, as they are not displayed during checkout.
Shipping durations are subject to fluctuation, contingent on the delivery destination and the chosen shipping method and option. Upon shipping your order, we will send an email notification that includes the shipping service used, tracking number, estimated delivery time, and other relevant information.
International shipping: Track the status of your order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking number from the shipping service. You can use this number to track your shipment's status. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the shipping service to provide the tracking information.
If you haven’t received your order within the delivery timeline provided in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@trixyceeja.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), customs duties and fees and and any additional charges for customs clearance which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Trixycee Accessories is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We have no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for more information. Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We are not liable or responsible for any fees or delays that may occur.
Payment Options Provided
Cardless / Mobile Payment
We utilize a third-party payment processing provider Lynk, as a viable option for cardless / mobile payment.
Card Payment
We are committed to providing secure online payment options for our customers. As part of this effort, we have partnered with LascoBiz Webstore, in partnership with Lasco Financial Services and supported by the technology of Amber Pay to process Mastercard and Visa debit and credit card payments. Our team places the utmost importance on safeguarding your personal and financial information. Our Privacy Policy outlines our commitment to protecting your data, and all information is transmitted via encrypted channels to ensure its confidentiality.
Upon approval of your card transaction, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. We will initiate the order processing once the payment is successfully charged. In the event that your card transaction is declined, your order will be canceled. For further inquiries regarding this matter, please contact your bank or card provider.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
Regrettably, we do not provide cash refunds. However, we offer store credits that are redeemable for any item available in our online store.
Our 7 day return policy allows for exchanges or refunds in store credits within 7 days of you receiving the item whether it be delivered at your address, or when the courier office receives the order for you to pickup, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that approval of returns is also contingent upon meeting the terms and conditions outlined in our Return Policy. In the event that your return is approved, the full amount of the order will be refunded to you, with the exception of any shipping costs associated with the return. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits. If your order was shipped outside of Jamaica and you requested a return, please note that you will incur the cost of return shipping and any additional fees required to send the order to Jamaica.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or is lost, please email us as soon as possible at info@trixyceeja.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
